Thank you for joining me, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Sina and I’m from beautiful New Zealand. This site has been on my heart for many years but I have never quite had the courage to just get it going. Until now.

Why ‘Her Mustard Faith’?

My full first name is Greek for mustard (σίναπι). The Bible says that if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can move mountains. So, I’m bringing my little bit of faith to this space, and I pray that God will do big things with it!

A Little About Me

I worked as an administrator/graphic designer for 8 years before becoming a stay at home mama. I love all things creative but consider myself an expert at none. I also like coffee, CrossFit, taking photos, writing about motherhood and faith, listening to worship music and spending time with my loved ones. I’m a frugal girl at heart. When I’m not doing mama stuff, you can catch me daydreaming over at

I’m a Christian and my faith shapes every part of who I am. I met my husband at church many moons ago and have been married since I was 20 years old. We have just relocated to Hamilton, New Zealand, and will most likely share some of our adventures here!

Other interesting or not so interesting tidbits: I speak fluent French and have a Linguistics degree. Neither of which help in my job as a stay at home mama haha! I am learning though that God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called. So basically, I’m committed to being a lifelong student in all my pursuits.

Please feel free to connect/comment/say hi. Thanks for joining me in my little corner of the internet, and if you like it here, make yourself at home.

Sina x
